288 Bet Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 288 Bet platform — whether through a web browser or any other means — you are entering into a binding agreement with 288 Bet and agreeing to abide by these Terms in full. This agreement takes effect the moment you create an account or place any wager, whichever comes first.

These Terms apply to every service offered on the 288 Bet platform, including but not limited to casino games, Ludo tournaments, jackpot slots, roulette, Andar Bahar, the referral programme, and all deposit and withdrawal services. Additional specific terms may apply to individual promotions and bonuses — those are communicated at the point of opt-in and supplement (not replace) these general Terms.

02 Eligibility

To use 288 Bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 288 Bet does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register or place wagers. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend any account where age verification cannot be confirmed.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction to use online gaming platforms. It is your responsibility to verify that using 288 Bet is legal in your specific location.
• You must not be a self-excluded player — either through the 288 Bet self-exclusion programme or any other recognised self-exclusion system to which 288 Bet has access.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, family member of an employee, or otherwise directly connected to 288 Bet or its technology or content providers in a way that would give you an unfair advantage.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Operating an account on someone else's behalf is not permitted.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 288 Bet. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same CNIC, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances reviewed for potential forfeiture.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and current information, including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 288 Bet will never ask for your password through any channel — do not share it with anyone.

• Registration is free. There are no charges to create an account at 288 Bet.
• You must notify 288 Bet support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Your registered mobile number must be a number you personally own and have access to — it is used for SMS verification and transaction alerts.
• Account names cannot be changed after registration. If your registered name does not match your CNIC during withdrawal verification, your withdrawal may be delayed pending review.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 288 Bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, internet banking (IBFT), and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 15 to 60 minutes depending on the sending bank.

288 Bet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a security measure to protect your funds.
• First-time withdrawals require a one-time identity verification (KYC) process — submission of your CNIC and a selfie. This typically completes within 30 minutes during business hours.
• 288 Bet reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement, not a bonus condition.
• Bonus funds are subject to their own specific wagering requirements before they become withdrawable — see Section 5.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 288 Bet offers bonuses, free play credits, and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, in addition to these general Terms.

The standard welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit. For example, depositing Rs 1,000 gives you Rs 2,000 in total balance. The bonus portion is subject to a wagering requirement before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is clearly stated in the offer — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means you need to wager the bonus amount ten times before withdrawal).

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Your original deposit amount is always withdrawable separately.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is considered bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• 288 Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
• If a player attempts to exploit a promotion through irregular wagering patterns, 288 Bet may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Free spins or free game credits issued as promotions are valid for the specified game(s) only and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion details.

06 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the 288 Bet platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently audited to ensure that results are statistically random and not influenced by the platform, the player, or any external factor.

Each game type has its own specific rules. For games like Andar Bahar, Ludo, and Roulette, the rules are displayed within the game interface before play begins. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

• In the event of a technical error during a game session — such as a disconnection or a display glitch — the game outcome is determined by the server-side record, not the player's screen. If the server record is inconclusive, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• 288 Bet publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. These represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any outcome on an individual session.
• Players are expected to participate in games in good faith. Using any software, script, or technique to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is prohibited.
• Any wins identified as resulting from a software error or malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. 288 Bet will notify the affected player and provide a full refund of any stakes placed during the affected session.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 288 Bet and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using other people's identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or manage your account on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games including Ludo tournaments.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to generate profit. Any profits generated through exploitation of errors are not valid.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 288 Bet platform for any financial transaction that is illegal under Pakistani law.
• Providing false identity information or documents at any stage of the account or verification process.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive language directed at other players or 288 Bet staff through any in-platform communication channel.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing anyone else to access and play on your account.

288 Bet reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or illegal activity to the relevant Pakistani authorities in accordance with applicable law.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

288 Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected problem gambling behaviour where self-exclusion or cooling-off is in the player's best interest.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal of a payment from your bank or payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement compelling account closure.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in your account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. For account closures initiated at your own request or for responsible gaming reasons, your available balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact 288 Bet support directly. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

09 Responsible Gaming

288 Bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes this obligation seriously — not as a compliance exercise, but as a genuine responsibility to our players and the wider community.

The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a given time period. The same cooling-off rules apply to limit increases.
• Session Time Alerts: Set a reminder that notifies you when you've been playing for a specified duration in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently block yourself from accessing 288 Bet. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the specified duration. Minimum self-exclusion period is six months.

10 Privacy and Data

In summary: your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. It is not sold to third-party marketers. It is not shared with anyone outside the platform's operating infrastructure except where legally required — for example, in response to a valid court order or regulatory inquiry.

• Payment data (card numbers, wallet details) is handled by certified payment gateways and is not stored on 288 Bet's own servers.
• Your CNIC and verification documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel for the purpose of account verification.

11 Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 288 Bet content without express written permission.
• You may not use the 288 Bet name, logo, or brand in any context — including social media, websites, or printed materials — without prior written authorisation.
• Game content provided by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. 288 Bet licenses this content for use on the platform and does not own it.

12 Limitation of Liability

288 Bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.

• 288 Bet is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to game sessions — beyond the return of the affected stake.
• 288 Bet is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to follow these Terms, including losses arising from account suspension due to a terms breach.
• 288 Bet is not responsible for any tax implications arising from your winnings in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288 Bet's total liability to any player in any given month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in that same month.

13 Changes to These Terms

288 Bet reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the platform. For significant changes, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the 288 Bet platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss the closure of your account and the return of your balance.
